Shipping Policy
Freight Delivery for Concrete Products
All of our concrete fire pits and patio products are heavy, handcrafted items that ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight from our workshop in San Diego, CA. Due to the weight and size of these pieces, standard parcel carriers are not used.
Transit Times
- Processing time (curing, finishing, and quality inspection) is 4–6 weeks before your order ships.
- Standard freight transit is typically 2–7 business days from San Diego, CA after your order ships.
- Total estimated lead time from order to delivery: 4–7 weeks, depending on your location and carrier availability.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- Deliveries arrive via freight truck. Curbside delivery can be arranged — please contact us if you need assistance coordinating.
- Inside delivery and threshold delivery are not included. Please arrange for additional help to move the piece from curbside to its final location.
- Inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading and contact us immediately if damage is found.

Shipping Limitations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time.
